Bring your client book. Keep your clients.

We are not here to replace the accountant. Your client book is the reason small Nigerian businesses ever get anything filed, and we would rather be the platform you run them on than the company that tries to take them.

Permanent

What changes at month end.

How it goes now

Twelve clients, twelve spreadsheets, none laid out the same way.

Chasing a director for overtime figures on the twenty eighth.

Rebuilding a schedule because a formula was dragged one row short.

A separate trip or portal for every client remittance.

A client who blames you for a penalty caused by a number they sent late.

How it goes on NaijaPay

Twelve client books in one dashboard, laid out identically.

The client enters the changes because the app asks them, not you.

Schedules produced from the run and remitted, with the receipt stored.

The typing disappears and the advisory work is what is left.

A record showing exactly who entered what and when.

The terms, stated plainly.

This is the part every platform is vague about, so we will not be.

You own the client

We do not bill your client behind you, market to them separately, or offer them a way to cut you out.

You set your fee

What you charge for payroll and filing is yours, in full. We charge the business for the software, and that is the whole arrangement.

You get found

A free listing in the directory small businesses search when they realise they are in trouble.

You get our overflow

Every business that signs up needing real advice is a business we send to a practice.

The offer for the first ten

Free for your whole book, for a year.

We want ten practices working with us before the March filing season, on real client books, telling us plainly what is wrong. In exchange you get the platform free across your entire client list for the first year, a directory listing, and direct access to the people building it.

Every client book free for twelve months

A directory listing from day one

Migration run with you, in parallel, before anything goes live

Your feedback in the build, not in a suggestion box

No exclusivity, and no obligation to move every client

Thank you. A person will read this and reply within two working days. Nothing was sent anywhere from this prototype.

Questions practices ask

Are you going to compete with me?

No, and it would be a bad business decision if we tried. There are over 1.2 million registered Nigerian businesses and almost none have payroll software. We cannot reach them without practices, and a platform that eats its own channel runs out of channel.

What happens to my client if they stop paying you?

They keep their records and they keep you. Export is always available and there is no exit fee.

Do I need to be CITN or ICAN registered to be listed?

The directory states what each practice actually holds and nothing more. We are not going to imply an accreditation that a listing does not carry.

Can I run a client book before they sign up themselves?

Yes. You can set a client up, run the numbers and show them the result before they ever create an account.

Who does the filing, you or me?

Whichever you prefer, per client, and the setting is yours to change at any time. The record is the same either way.

What does it cost after the first year?

The client pays the standard plan for their size. You pay nothing for the partner dashboard, ever.

Ten practices, before March.

If you keep books for Nigerian businesses, we want to hear what is actually broken about your month end.
