Questions about price
Why is it free up to five staff?
Because a business with five staff is not where the money is, and pretending otherwise is how twenty other Nigerian payroll companies ended up fighting over the same few hundred customers. You cost us very little, you tell other business owners, and some of you grow. That is the trade, stated plainly.
What happens the day I hire a sixth person?
You move to Standard, and we tell you before it happens rather than after. You will never discover a plan change from an invoice.
Is the per person charge for every person, or only above five?
Every person on the run. On Standard a fourteen person business pays ₦15,000 plus fourteen times ₦400, which is ₦20,600 a month.
Why charge a base fee at all if you also charge per person?
Because the base is the compliance work, which does not scale with headcount. Filing for a six person business and a nineteen person business is close to the same job. The per person part is the payroll itself.
Do you take a cut of earned wage access?
The employee sees a flat fee before they confirm a draw, and can decline it. The employer pays nothing and it never touches your working capital.
Can I pay in anything other than naira?
Prices are set and billed in naira. If you need to pay from outside Nigeria, tell us and we will arrange it.
